Job Overview
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families by providing comprehensive case management services.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
Shift: Saturday- 6:30 pm-5:30 am- Sunday 6pm- 5 am 1-hour onsite lunch
Duration: 4-6 month assignment
Responsibilities
-Provide supervision and oversight of sheltered clients of Opportunity Village.
- Perform a variety of cleaning duties.
- Maintain documentation and records of client and field contacts; prepare reports on the client’s progress and status.
- Prepare statistical data and generate reports as required.
- Interact effectively and patiently with resistant individuals, those who may not clearly grasp their situation or condition, and those with poor personal hygiene, illnesses or communicable diseases
- Communicate and work well with people from various socio-economic, cultural or ethnic backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Experience in supervising staff or volunteers is a plus.
- Proven skills in crisis management and intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple cases simultaneously.
