Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to support our manufacturing client in Corona that produces aftermarket automotive parts. This role supports customers and distributors placing product orders from a large parts catalog and requires strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
This is not a call center role. The position focuses on order entry, product inquiries, and customer account support in a product-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer product orders and perform accurate order entry
- Assist customers with order status, product inquiries, and shipping updates
- Confirm part numbers, product details, and quantities before processing orders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and communications
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service experience in a product-based environment
- Experience with order entry, order processing, or product orders
- Experience working with SKUs, part numbers, or product catalogs preferred
- Background in automotive parts, manufacturing, or distribution strongly preferred
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel)
