Location: Corona, CA
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to support our manufacturing client in Corona that produces aftermarket automotive parts. This role supports customers and distributors placing product orders from a large parts catalog and requires strong attention to detail and order accuracy.

This is not a call center role. The position focuses on order entry, product inquiries, and customer account support in a product-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer product orders and perform accurate order entry
  • Assist customers with order status, product inquiries, and shipping updates
  • Confirm part numbers, product details, and quantities before processing orders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders and communications

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience in a product-based environment
  • Experience with order entry, order processing, or product orders
  • Experience working with SKUs, part numbers, or product catalogs preferred
  • Background in automotive parts, manufacturing, or distribution strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel)
