Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Janitors for a temporary assignment maintaining Men's restroom facilities, scheduled from March 2 to March 15, 2026, working at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells. This role will require the janitors to work 10-14 days straight, overtime will be offered.

We have positions 12pm - 8:30pm and 6pm - 1am.

Duties

• Keeping common area's clean, including sweeping, and trash removal , restocking paper towels
• Walking through the assigned areas ensuring the area is clean from trash, and debris
• Execute custodial tasks including restroom sanitation, cleaning, and surface disinfecting
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and storage spaces, adhering to safety protocols
• Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives during the assignment period

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial or industrial settings
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to industrial cleaning, gloves provided
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Reliable with good time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
