We are seeking a motivated and versatile Customer Service & Printing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers, comfortable assisting in all areas of the store, and experienced with printing and design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting with postal, shipping, printing, and store needs.

• Operate printing equipment and assist customers with printing, design, and document services.

• Create and edit digital designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Suite tools.

• Assist with in-store tasks, including product stocking, organization, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Handle various business and personal services including notary, passport photos, shredding, and virtual mailbox support.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service and assisting customers in a retail or service environment.

• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and general photo/design tools).

• Ability to work across all areas of the store and assist with multiple types of services.

• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
