Raw Material Manufacturing Company- Carlsbad, CA looking for qualified individuals to join their manufacturing team! These are Temp to Hire positions.

~Previous experience in manufacturing with raw materials REQUIRED~

Monday-Friday

1st shift- 4AM-12:30PM -$20.35

2nd shift - 12PM-8:30PM - $20.85

3rd shift - 8PM-4:30AM - $21.35

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This role requires mixing products, large machines, heavy lifting and clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate various manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with safety protocols and CLEAN ROOM ENVIORNMENT standards.
• Assemble components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. Must wear proper PPE: hair net, bunny suit, shoe covers, respirator.
• Perform materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials as needed. Lifting large bags up- 50 lbs repetitively through out entire shift.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, working in teams of 3 to 4 people adhering to safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience with materials handling equipment- large industrial machines.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing with liquid and powder raw material REQUIRED

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $20.35 - $22.00 per hour
