Recruiter – Staffing Services
Location: Carlsbad

Full-Time | Base Pay + Bonuses | Employer-Paid Benefits

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, matching talent to opportunity, and working in a dynamic, sales-driven office.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of job openings
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
• Partner with account managers to understand client needs and job requirements
• Manage the onboarding process, including verifying documentation and ensuring compliance
• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and clients
• Support overall office goals and contribute to a positive team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Recruiting, Staffing, HR, or Customer Service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and work with urgency in a high-volume environment
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable using technology and applicant tracking systems
