Temporary Administrative Assistant (3-Month Assignment)

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary 3-month assignment. This role provides essential support to office staff and helps keep daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle general office duties: scanning, data entry, answering phones, emailing, faxing, and working with Excel documents.
  • Verify contracts, policies, and forms for completeness and accuracy.
  • Process and submit applications and other paperwork.
  • Update and maintain records, logs, and files while keeping client information confidential.
  • Assemble mail and packages for delivery (must be able to lift 10–25 lbs occasionally).
  • Assist with scheduling, set-up, and tear-down of special events or promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by meeting customer needs, resolving issues, and following up when necessary.
  • Interact professionally with clients, prospects, colleagues, and management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and punctual.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Physically able to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role using standard office equipment and computers.
