Temporary Administrative Assistant (3-Month Assignment)
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary 3-month assignment. This role provides essential support to office staff and helps keep daily operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle general office duties: scanning, data entry, answering phones, emailing, faxing, and working with Excel documents.
- Verify contracts, policies, and forms for completeness and accuracy.
- Process and submit applications and other paperwork.
- Update and maintain records, logs, and files while keeping client information confidential.
- Assemble mail and packages for delivery (must be able to lift 10–25 lbs occasionally).
- Assist with scheduling, set-up, and tear-down of special events or promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service by meeting customer needs, resolving issues, and following up when necessary.
- Interact professionally with clients, prospects, colleagues, and management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Physically able to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
