Local company is looking for an Accounting and Payroll clerk. This person must be Bilingual and have experience as an Accounting clerk with payroll experience. Applicants must have the following experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process the company’s bi-weekly payroll using POA (Payroll Office of America) software.
• Review and investigate all payroll entries – coding and accuracy - prior to payroll processing.
• Respond effectively to sensitive payroll inquiries or complaints.
• Demonstrate professionalism with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Review and code vendor invoices, and enter approved into Famous software.
• Communicate with vendors and other departments. • Assist in monthly and year-end close.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets as directed.
• Handle multiple projects and complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Organize and file various records and keep document controls.
 • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
• 1-3 years experience as a payroll and accounting clerk.
