Job description

Growing family-owned construction firm in San Diego (Mira Mesa area) has an immediate need for a Construction Accounting Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, job costing, financial reporting, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, job costing, and construction accounting principles
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, BuildOps, Viewpoint, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in construction specific ERP systems
• Familiarity with union/non-union payroll and certified payroll reporting a plus.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
