About the Opportunity

We’re seeking enthusiastic and service-minded Bartenders and Servers to join our hospitality team at a beautiful winery in Temecula. This is a part-time, on-call position — perfect for those who enjoy flexible scheduling and working in a fun, fast-paced environment surrounded by great wine and great people.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional guest service in a professional and friendly manner
• Prepare and serve beverages responsibly in accordance with RBS standards
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of events and winery operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid RBS Certification (Responsible Beverage Service) required
• Valid Food Handler’s Card required
• Prior bartending or serving experience preferred (1+ years)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Availability for variable hours, weekends, and on-call shifts
