Local Medical office  seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow in our medical office. Responsibilities:

• Room patients and prepare them for exams and procedures.

• Record and document accurate patient vitals, medical histories, and other pertinent information.

• Assist providers with examinations and treatments as needed.

• Handle patient phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing questions or concerns and relaying messages to the appropriate clinical staff.

• Fax, process, and follow up on medication orders and other medical documents.

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked exam rooms.

• Support daily office operations and help ensure efficient patient flow.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or medical office setting preferred.

• Proficient in taking vital signs, documenting in electronic medical records (EMR), and performing basic clinical tasks.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.
