MJF Project Technician
Department: MJF
Reports To: MJF Manager / Lead Project Technician
Type of Position: ☐ Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Hours per Week: 40

Summary

The Project Technician is responsible for preparing and prioritizing files for Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) machines. This role oversees both quick-turn prototype builds and long-term production runs, ensuring each project is completed accurately from initial setup through final quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process customer files prior to production.
• Prepare build platforms to maximize production efficiency.
• Prioritize daily job flow to meet production schedules.
• Communicate job sheet details to printer operators.
• Coordinate part details and requirements with the Quality Department.
• Assist with the operation and maintenance of additive manufacturing (AM) printers.
• Support various stages of production as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 2–3 years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 3D modeling/CAD software preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
