The Utilities Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring utility service compliance for assigned properties, including activating/deactivating services, certifying and curing liens, and managing monthly utility bills for outstanding balances. This role involves coordinating with utility providers, maintaining accurate records, conducting research, and communicating efficiently with clients and providers.
Details:
- Compensation: $19.00/hour
- Location: Temecula, CA (onsite, non-remote)
- Requirements: Background and credit check
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (weekends and holidays off, occasional overtime)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client and loan information to ensure data accuracy
- Monitor compliance and verify utility providers
- Maintain records and track timelines
- Follow up on requests, respond to inquiries, and provide utility status updates
- Research discrepancies (e.g., address details, utility types)
- Set up/manage utility accounts, perform additional tasks as needed
- Operate office equipment, maintain professionalism, and communicate clearly
Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication and reasoning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
