Job description:

We are seeking a charismatic, motivated, and highly organized Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and representing the company within the community and industry events.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys networking, attending events, and building long-term partnerships. A background in construction is a plus, but not required. This position reports directly to the VP of Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth
• Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, golf tournaments, and community events
• Assist in developing business development strategies and outreach initiatives
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications with prospective clients
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project support
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization
• Support the VP of Business Development with special projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Charismatic, professional, and confident communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused and manage time effectively
• Enjoys networking, relationship-building, and attending events
• Must enjoy golf outings and participating in community/business functions
• Construction industry experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business communication tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Location: In person
