Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team in Wildomar. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has prior experience handling high call volumes within a medical or healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, familiarity with HMO/IEHP insurance plans, and a solid understanding of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries
  • Verify insurance eligibility (HMO/IEHP)
  • Schedule appointments and provide general information
  • Document call details accurately in the system
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Travel to other locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of previous call center experience (required)
  • Knowledge of HMO and IEHP insurance (required)
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
