Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team in Wildomar. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has prior experience handling high call volumes within a medical or healthcare setting.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, familiarity with HMO/IEHP insurance plans, and a solid understanding of medical terminology.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries
- Verify insurance eligibility (HMO/IEHP)
- Schedule appointments and provide general information
- Document call details accurately in the system
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Travel to other locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of previous call center experience (required)
- Knowledge of HMO and IEHP insurance (required)
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
