Maintenance Landscaper for Community Services, Parks Division

Hourly Rate: $18.00 hour

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday; 6:30AM to 3:30PM

A Landscaper position is typically under the direction of Professional Grounds Managers and completes a variety of tasks to achieve a functional and pleasant outdoor area.

Skills and Experience:

• Landscape maintenance.
• Irrigation maintenance/repair.
• Experience using push mowers/ ride on mowers/ blowers/ string trimmers/ hedge trimmers.
• Trimming plant materials and trees.
• Facility maintenance as needed.
• Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs.
• Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees.

Must have a clean driving record with no more than 1 point and be able to pass a background check if an offer of employment is made.
