Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components and systems with precision and care. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand tools, and a solid understanding of electrical assembly processes. This position requires a commitment to quality and adherence to industry standards.

• $22/hr
• 5AM/5:30AM – 1PM/1:30PM
• Minimum 1yr experience of soldering experience
• Someone with prior electronic assembly would be preferred
• Person will be soldering small electronic pc boards and some assembly
• Reliable
• Looking to stay long term
• Chill personality, can get a long easily with others – they have a small team of 9, with tenure.

Duties

• Assemble electronic components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment such as calipers and ohmmeters to ensure accuracy in assembly.
• Perform soldering tasks for circuit boards, ensuring compliance with IPC 610 standards.
• Conduct inspections of assembled products to verify functionality and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects.

Skills

• Proficient in machining techniques and surface mount technology.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Familiarity with electrical components and assembly practices.
• Ability to perform soldering tasks with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $21.27 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

 

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends only
