Customer Support Coordinator (Customer Service Representative II)
Location: Hemet, CA 92545
Pay: $20.00 – $22.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Onsite

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative II to join our team supporting our water product lines. You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, handling orders, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with production, sales, and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. If you enjoy problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering exceptional customer service, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer orders, including modifications, returns, and cancellations in ERP systems.
  • Verify product availability and coordinate with production teams for timely fulfillment.
  • Respond to high volumes of customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, Engineering, Shipping) to resolve order issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of orders, transactions, and communications.
  • Review purchase orders to ensure pricing, terms, and product details are correct.
  • Issue non-warranty return authorizations (RA’s) and support internal post-order questions.
  • Help resolve credit or product issues with accounting and other departments.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, maintain SOPs, and uphold company KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
  • 4+ years of clerical, administrative, or customer service experience required.
  • Experience with Oracle preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable with ERP and database systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily indoor office environment with light physical activity (lifting <20 lbs occasionally, sitting/standing, typing, bending, reaching).
