Duties
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct territory sales activities, including cold calling potential clients to generate new leads.
- Perform client presentations to showcase features and benefits, ensuring clients understand the value of our offerings.
- Engage in B2B sales efforts, focusing on building long-term partnerships with hiring managers.
- Utilize lead generation techniques to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or territory sales is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate benefits.
- Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus, with a strong understanding of lead generation techniques.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling and upselling strategies within a competitive environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all client information is accurately documented.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
