Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Lake Elsinore, CA
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $21–$24/hr | Full-time | Temp-to-Hire
Do you take pride in catching the details others miss—and want your work to truly matter? We’re hiring a Quality Inspector to join our aerospace-focused manufacturing team, where quality is the final word before product ships.
In this role, you’ll be the final gatekeeper of quality—inspecting mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical parts and documentation to ensure everything meets AS9100, NADCAP, and customer standards. Your attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction, compliance, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections according to quality procedures
- Verify compliance with drawings, purchase orders, and specifications
- Inspect off-the-shelf items using technical data sheets and catalogs
- Review supplier certifications, inspection reports, and test reports for accuracy
- Maintain and organize quality records and inspection documentation
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and complete required reports
- Stamp and date documentation as objective evidence of verification and acceptance/rejection
- Maintain quality stamp control and sign Certificates of Conformance for shipments
- Follow safety procedures and ensure a clean, organized work environment
- Interface with other departments including Inspection, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Material Control
Requirements:
- Two-year college degree or equivalent experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or quality-focused environments
- Knowledge of inspection methods and AS9100 standards (NADCAP familiarity a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with MRP programs highly desired
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools such as microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and linear scales
- Familiarity with soldering, crimping, braiding, potting, and conformal coating requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Self-starter who works independently while collaborating across teams
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Certifications are an added bonus based on customer or industry requirements
Work Environment:
- Frequent use of hand tools, keyboards, and computer equipment
- May involve standing or sitting for long periods; moderate noise level
- Visual acuity and ability to hear equipment and colleagues required
