Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator

Location: On-Site – Vista, CA
Salary Range: $23–$25 per hour

Position Summary
The Customer Care Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role involves handling order processing, responding to inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage preparation, entry, and updates of Sales Orders and backlog.
- Respond to product compatibility and pricing questions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Assist customers in identifying special component requirements based on system applications.
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness; release to the manufacturing team.
- Expedite urgent orders and communicate schedules with internal teams and customers.
- Research and clarify order-related questions with internal and external contacts.
- Monitor the life cycle of orders to ensure timely shipment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
- Technical understanding of pressure vessels or membrane filtration systems is a plus.
- Proven customer service and support experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional email/phone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle conflict and resolve issues quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to provide general administrative support as needed.
