Job Overview
We are looking for a Cannabis Tech/IPM (Integrated Pest Management) Tech for cultivation team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal plant health and ensuring pest control through effective IPM strategies. Your expertise will help promote healthy growth, maximize yields, and uphold the highest standards of quality in a fast-paced, outdoor or greenhouse environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cannabis cultivation while applying your horticultural knowledge and mechanical skills to support sustainable farming practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor pest management protocols to prevent and control pests, diseases, and mold in cannabis plants.
• Conduct regular plant inspections to identify signs of pests, nutrient deficiencies, or other issues requiring attention.
• Assist with irrigation systems setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure proper watering schedules.
• Support growing operations by managing plant propagation, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting activities.

Experience

• Prior experience in cannabis IPM preferred.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, greenhouse operations, or outdoor gardening is highly valued.
• Ability to identify various plants, pests, and beneficial insects accurately.
• Comfortable working in humid conditions.
