Job Summary
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join the City Team.

Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, and in person
• Assist customers with questions about service
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages are essential
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic typing abilities
• Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Experience with cash handling
• Demonstrated professionalism with good phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a positive attitude
