Molding Technician (Day Shift)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Full-Time (40+ hours per week)
Location: Carlsbad, CA

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Molding Technician to join our team. In this role, you will prepare molds, perform demolding, and visually inspect cast urethane parts. The ideal candidate is a team player who can adapt to multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. You’ll also assist with problem-solving and provide quick solutions to keep production flowing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review job sheets for color, material, and finish levels.
• Mix resin according to instructions.
• Learn and operate a vacuum chamber.
• Pour resin into molds and cure parts.
• Operate ovens and other production equipment.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills, including calculating percentages.
• Excellent attention to detail and superior hand skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for an entire shift.
• Good communication skills; bilingual a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed based on workload.
• Good housekeeping skills and ability to lift 50–75 lbs safely.
• Strong manual dexterity and basic computer skills (email, data entry).
