Client Experience Associate

Temecula, CA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (may start earlier as needed)

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Experience Associate to join our growing team in Temecula. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every client interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

This position is ideal for someone with customer service or account support experience who enjoys problem solving, building relationships, and working in a collaborative office environment.

What You’ll Do

Client Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and voicemail
  • Provide timely responses and ensure a positive client experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions in CRM systems

Problem Solving & Coordination

  • Work with internal teams to research and resolve client questions or issues
  • Communicate clearly with clients to manage expectations and provide updates
  • Escalate complex or urgent issues when necessary

Account & Operations Support

  • Maintain accurate client account records and activity tracking
  • Manage multiple accounts and tasks while meeting response deadlines
  • Stay informed on company products, services, and policies
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2+ years of customer service, client relations, or account support experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

** Mortgage servicing experience is a plus but not required.**
