Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for various positions within our client network. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. The Recruiting Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Duties

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that reflects the requirements of each position.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to source candidates effectively.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings through interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure a strong fit for the organization.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics.
• Conduct Sales related activities to generate leads to increase client base

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting roles with a focus on multi- client recruiting.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems for managing candidate data.
• Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and with clients in different types of industries.
• Outgoing personality with ability to build client relationships and generate leads to increase sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
