Job description:

We are currently hiring Cannabis Staff to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking to grow within the cannabis industry while working with a professional and supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with daily operations in cultivation, or manufacturing settings
• Provide friendly, professional customer service (retail roles)
• Support packaging, labeling, weighing, and inventory tasks
• Follow all state and local cannabis regulations and company SOPs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and professional team players
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment
• Basic computer or POS experience preferred

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required cannabis work permits or badges

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (role dependent)

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in cannabis, retail, manufacturing, agriculture, or production
• Familiarity with METRC or similar tracking systems
