About the Role

We’re looking for an outgoing and skilled Bartender to join our team in Temecula! The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of bartending experience and a passion for creating a great guest experience. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving beer, wine, and cocktails while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and classic or specialty cocktails

• Engage with guests and provide exceptional, friendly service

• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock supplies as needed

• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service and safety regulations

• Handle cash and process payments accurately

• Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff

Qualifications

• 6 months – 1 year of bartending experience required

• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail preparation

• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) a valid Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
