Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of facility inside and out.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of maintenance, repairs and custodial care
• Implement set-ups for meetings and other scheduled events as specified in work orders received
• Perform routine maintenance
• Work closely with Director of Operations to determine repairs that can be completed internally
• Work with outside companies to secure bids for contracted services
• Develop and implement a regular maintenance schedule for vacuuming, cleaning, dusting, etc.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good communication skills
• Previous facility maintenance experience
• Experience working with outside vendors to secure bids
• Capable of meeting project deadlines
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to move chairs, tables, lighting fixtures, and other equipment

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday

Salary: $47,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
