Pay: $19–$20 per hour

Hours: Monday-Thursday from 10:30am - 7:00pm & Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Reports To: Enrollment Services Director

About the Role

The Engagement Coordinator is the welcoming face of our campus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and creating a positive first impression for students, staff, and guests. You’ll support admissions and campus operations while helping ensure each visitor has a friendly, professional, and seamless experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist students, employees, and guests in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage the front desk, including answering and directing calls, taking messages, and maintaining visitor check-in/out logs
  • Provide engaging campus tours to prospective students and guests
  • Support admissions by updating prospect information in systems and assisting applicants with portals and assessments
  • Help coordinate meetings, events, and appointments; maintain conference room calendars and setup spaces as needed
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of shared campus spaces, including meeting rooms, testing areas, and entrances
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
  • Order and restock office, supply closet, and kitchen supplies
  • Assist with payments and remote meeting setup as needed
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in customer service, administrative support, front desk, or similar roles
  • Experience working with the public in a professional environment preferred

Physical & Work Environment

  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Office and campus-based setting with a moderate noise level
