Electronic Assembler (Wire Soldering Experience Required)
Carlsbad, CA
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Full-time | Temp-to-Hire | Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Overview

You’ll be responsible for assembling and soldering small electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs) while following technical diagrams and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision wire soldering on small electronic components and PCBs.
• Assemble and inspect electronic parts according to schematics and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, soldering irons, and microscopes to complete detailed assembly work.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of wire soldering experience (a hands-on soldering test of 5–10 wire connections will be required during the interview).
• Minimum 1 year of electronic assembly experience.
• Strong attention to detail and steady hand coordination for small-part assembly.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Preferred:

• Experience working with electronic circuits or PCB manufacturing.
• Previous experience in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Pay Range: $21.00 – $23.00/hr, based on experience
• Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term growth potential
