Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them to the kitchen and bar promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide attentive and personalized customer service, addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail offerings, is a plus.
