Job Title: MJF Media Operator
Shift: Friday–Sunday, 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM (three 12-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: 40+ per week

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable MJF Media Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for media blasting parts according to job sheet requirements and/or supplied drawings, ensuring all powder is removed and parts meet quality and finishing standards.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Post-Process Lead and the Finishing Department
• Perform tasks according to detailed job sheet instructions
• Compare parts to drawings to verify required features
• Visually inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain equipment performance and monitor media levels, replacing as needed
• Reject parts that do not meet customer requirements and document accordingly
• Notify the Post-Process Lead of any questionable parts or issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Promote a positive and collaborative work culture
• Assist in various stages of production as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college preferred
