Experienced Barista's and Cashiers – Temporary Event Position

AtWork is hiring experienced Baristas and Cashiers for a special 10-day event at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden during the WTA Championships!

Position: Experienced Barista

Location: Indian Wells Tennis Garden – Indian Wells, CA
Dates: November 8–15
Position Type: Temporary / Event
Schedule: Event-based shifts; flexibility is a plus
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 hr

About the Role

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and experienced Baristas and Cashiers who can provide excellent customer service while working efficiently in a busy event environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take orders and accurately process customer transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help create a positive experience for event guests.

Qualifications

• Previous Barista experience required.
• Previous POS experience required
• Experience preparing specialty coffee.
• Experience with the various types of milk and foam.
• knowledgeable and passionate about coffee.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Must be available to work during the November 8–15 event.Looking for Extra Work?
