Business Development Manager – Staffing Sales

Riverside, CA (In-Office)
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Full Benefits

An established staffing firm expanding in Riverside is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow new client partnerships and generate revenue in the Inland Empire market.

This is a true hunter role ideal for a sales professional who thrives on prospecting, opening new accounts, and closing deals.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Build relationships with hiring managers and decision makers
• Sell temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions
• Partner with recruiters to successfully fill client orders
• Grow and manage a book of business

What We're Looking For

• Staffing sales experience preferred
• Proven success in B2B sales or business development
• Strong prospecting, networking, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
