Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Temecula, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (Direct Hire)

Are you a skilled sales professional with aerospace industry experience? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Temecula! This is a direct hire opportunity offering a stable schedule and competitive hourly pay.

About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you’ll focus on selling corporate products and services, responding to RFQs/RFPs, and creating strong relationships with customers in the aerospace field. You'll work closely with the inside sales manager and collaborate across departments to support both sales and repair operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage new and existing customers to understand and meet their needs
• Respond to RFQs/RFPs with accurate, competitive bids
• Maintain and update data in the ERP system
• Collaborate with the corporate sales team to deliver customized solutions
• Manage inventory packages and generate repair orders
• Drive sales opportunities by building relationships within the market
• Provide updates to various sales operation systems (ILS, OneAero, AeroXChange)
• Analyze sales data and market trends
• Coordinate with Customer Service for unit exchanges
• Support procurement needs with quote generation
• Attend industry events as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 4–5 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry, including remote selling to airlines, MROs, or distributors
• 2–3 years of contract management experience in aerospace preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with aviation MROs and sales systems like ILS, OneAero, and AeroXChange
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills
• Occasional travel may be required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Mostly seated work with frequent use of hands and regular talking/listening
