Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and aesthetic appeal of residential properties. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for maintaining equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring that all work meets safety standards.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday - 7am to 4pm

Pay rate: $19/hr

Location: Canyon Lake, Ca

** Short Assignment - 1 to 2 weeks with possibility of an extension**

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair of buildings, offices, and department amenities, including the Country Club, Lodge, Senior Center, and Event Center
• Address work orders and emergency calls promptly
• Attend safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of facilities
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed

Requirements:

*Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 40 lbs

*Must successfully pass a background check & DMV

*Have a valid California driver’s license
