Machine Operator

Carlsbad, CA
$20.00–$21.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule Options

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working with equipment and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production equipment to process and finish manufactured parts
• Follow detailed work instructions and job sheets to complete tasks accurately
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met and identify any defects
• Compare finished parts to specifications or drawings to verify accuracy
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper material levels are stocked and ready
• Reject or flag parts that do not meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist in various stages of the production process as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay

• $20.00 – $21.00 per hour (DOE)
