Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service, as well as the ability to handle cash transactions accurately

• Dates are November 13th to January 4th. Choose as many as evenings as you'd like
• Shifts will be EVENING ONLY 4PM - 9:30PM
• $19/hr
• Family friendly event, MUST commit to all shifts that you are scheduled for

Duties

• Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing information about parking procedures and services.
• Manage the flow of vehicles in the parking area, directing drivers to available spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.

Skills

• Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele.
