Job Title: AM Part Finisher
Department: SLA
Reports To: Manufacturing Director
Type of Position: Full-Time
Hours Per Week: 40+

Schedule: 6AM-2:30PM

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AM Finisher to join our team. This role is responsible for finishing parts to customer specifications and performing basic post-processing tasks such as hardware inserts, sealing, and bonding. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives under tight deadlines and can easily adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review job sheets and follow detailed work instructions
• Finish parts according to required specifications and customer expectations
• Perform basic post-process tasks such as hardware inserts, sealing, and painting
• Prioritize and manage daily workload
• Communicate any job-related issues to the AM Shop Supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform daily cleanup of workspace
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• Carry out other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good hand skills and strong hand-eye coordination
• Prior production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using pneumatic tools, handheld grinders, and sanders
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with post-processing procedures is a plus
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, data entry)
• Strong housekeeping habits and cleanliness in the workspace
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines, including occasional overtime
• Willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
