Overview
Local Palm Desert based business is looking for an Office Manager/Payroll Coordinator to help run a 50 person office. Fun environment, strong management team, opportunity for growth and advancement.

Duties

  • Must have experience with Google Workspace
  • Must have 3+ years min experience with Quickbooks online
  • Run bi-weekly payroll that will include commissions
  • Handle annual PTO calculations for employees
  • Handle all wage garnishment processing
  • In charge of annual health insurance onboarding
  • Annual 401K audit
  • Annual Workers Comp audit
  • Responsible for all new hire onboarding, training and form completion
  • Monthly sales tax report report
  • Monthly invoice and statement processing
  • Will work with insurance provider on general liability and auto insurance audits
  • Draft weekly sales reports
  • Responsible for compliance and licensing (renewing city permits, MVR's, workers comp claims)
  • Other admin/accounting responsibilities as directed by management team

Requirements

  • Must know Google Workspace
  • Must be proficient in Quickbooks
  • Must have clear communication skills to communicate to management any areas of concern immediately
  • High level of initiative with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
