Overview
Local Palm Desert based business is looking for an Office Manager/Payroll Coordinator to help run a 50 person office. Fun environment, strong management team, opportunity for growth and advancement.
Duties
- Must have experience with Google Workspace
- Must have 3+ years min experience with Quickbooks online
- Run bi-weekly payroll that will include commissions
- Handle annual PTO calculations for employees
- Handle all wage garnishment processing
- In charge of annual health insurance onboarding
- Annual 401K audit
- Annual Workers Comp audit
- Responsible for all new hire onboarding, training and form completion
- Monthly sales tax report report
- Monthly invoice and statement processing
- Will work with insurance provider on general liability and auto insurance audits
- Draft weekly sales reports
- Responsible for compliance and licensing (renewing city permits, MVR's, workers comp claims)
- Other admin/accounting responsibilities as directed by management team
Requirements
- Must know Google Workspace
- Must be proficient in Quickbooks
- Must have clear communication skills to communicate to management any areas of concern immediately
- High level of initiative with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
