We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our legal document company. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a critical role in ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, greeting clients, and providing administrative support to the legal team. You will also assist with managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly.
- Maintain and organize client files, both physical and electronic..
- Handle office supplies, mail distribution, and general office maintenance tasks.
- Support the legal team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive legal information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
