Duties

• Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests accurately and promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Assist servers with food handling, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs to enhance their experience.
• Support the kitchen team by bussing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to assist with order accuracy when needed.
• Maintain communication with front-of-house staff to coordinate timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hospitality throughout all duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation is a plus.
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are vital for guest interactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior banquet or hotel experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is key.
