Customer Service Representative with experience in Construction

Location: Lake Elsinore, CA

Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

The company provides portable toilets, temporary power, and storage containers for construction sites, concert venues, and other events. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in construction-related customer service to join our team. The CSR will handle customer inquiries, order entries, and follow-ups to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Process order entries efficiently from email, phone, or fax submissions
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery dates, and inquiries
  • Utilize Excel and Outlook to manage and organize customer-related information
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Provide top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience in a construction environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with soft collection practices is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and a pleasant phone presence
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
