Location: Temecula (On-Site)
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Monday–Friday
Hours may vary: 8a-5p, 9a-6p, 10a-7p
(Must be available to work a 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift)

High-Volume Outbound Calling Experience Required

We are currently seeking motivated and performance-driven professionals for an Admissions Advisor opportunity with a local college campus in Temecula. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced outbound call environment, enjoy working toward goals and metrics, and are passionate about helping students pursue higher education and career advancement.

The ideal candidate will have strong outbound calling experience, confidence speaking with people throughout the day, and the ability to build rapport while guiding prospective students through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective students daily (60+ per day)
  • Follow up on inquiries and warm leads in a timely manner
  • Schedule appointments and assist students through the admissions process
  • Discuss educational programs, career paths, and enrollment opportunities
  • Maintain consistent communication through phone, email, and text
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goals
  • Accurately document interactions within internal systems
  • Provide professional customer service and support throughout the enrollment process

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment required
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a metrics and goal-driven environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage follow-up effectively
  • Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility required
  • Associate’s Degree preferred OR currently pursuing higher education
  • Candidates who value education and career growth strongly encouraged to apply
  • Experience in admissions, inside sales, recruiting, collections, appointment setting, or customer retention is highly preferred
