Assembler
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: As needed

Position Summary
As an Assembler, you will build and assemble electromechanical products and subassemblies by following engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and contributing to high-quality manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electromechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and mechanisms according to specifications, drawings, and verbal instructions
- Perform detailed assembly work requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, fixtures, air vises, and drill presses (WS Assembly Line)
- Adjust, align, and secure parts to meet quality and production standards
- Perform basic go / no-go testing
- Identify, replace, or report defective components
- Track materials in assigned work area and notify supervisors of shortages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Follow all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Additional Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load and unload materials (training provided if needed)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (VES)
- Collaborate positively with teammates to meet production goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
Experience
- 2+ years of mechanical or electromechanical assembly experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, blueprints, and sketches
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and adaptable
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
Work Environment
- Indoor industrial manufacturing environment
- Good ventilation, adequate lighting, and low to moderate noise levels
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Repetitive hand movements and fine motor skills
- Lifting up to 50 lbs (with assistance or equipment as required)
- Ability to climb, kneel, squat, and work on feet for extended periods
