Property Administrator – Senior Living Community
- Compensation: $21-$22.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a professional and organized Property Administrator to oversee daily administrative and operational functions at our senior living community in Hemet. This role is ideal for someone with property management experience who values resident relations, organization, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, vendors, and visitors
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
- Maintain resident files, lease documentation, and compliance records
- Manage rent collection, billing coordination, and related data entry
- Coordinate vendor services, maintenance requests, and scheduling
- Support community events and resident communications
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and organized office procedures
- Provide hands-on support to ensure smooth day-to-day property operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years Property Administrator experience required (senior living experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements, resident files, and rent processing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Professional, patient, and compassionate demeanor
