As a key member of our team, you’ll manage shipping logistics, process orders, and provide outstanding customer support to ensure smooth operations.

Location: Murrieta, CA

Pay Rate: $20 - $21/hr

Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipping documents and schedule pickups for truck and LTL (Less Than Truckload) deliveries.
  • Process orders accurately through FedEx and other shipping platforms.
  • Log customer inquiries, manage tickets, and track quotes using a CRM system.
  • Quote and process international orders, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Respond promptly to customer emails, chats, and phone calls.
  • Manage LTL routing guides for repeat customers.
  • Assist with inventory management, including entering counts and tracking variances.
  • Oversee return authorizations and process credits, repairs, and warranties.
  • Enter and follow up on customer purchase orders received via email.
  • Reconcile daily shipping reports with customer invoices.
  • Review automated customer web orders for accuracy before releasing them to production.
  • Process credit memos and maintain accurate records.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with international shipping documentation (certificates of origin, customs forms).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of shipping software and CRM tools.
  • Background in shipping coordination (LTL, FedEx) and order processing.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
