Job Title: Admissions Advisor - Temp to Hire
** outbound calls to prospective students is a daily requirement. This is a combination of soft sales and counseling **
Location: Temecula, CA- in Person (Not remote)
Pay Rate: $22.12 to $29.81 per hour (depending on experience)
Shifts: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, or 10:00 am to 7:00 pm; must be available to work one day per week from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Position Summary:
In this role, the Admissions Advisor is responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to enrollment. This role requires effective communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- Conduct outreach to prospective students via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Provide information about academic programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options.
- Guide applicants through each step of the admissions process, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate information.
- Assess prospective students’ needs and goals to recommend suitable programs.
- Meet monthly metrics, including response time, application completion rate, and enrollment goals.
- Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM system to track applicant progress.
- Collaborate with academic departments and student services to facilitate smooth transitions for new students.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s Degree required.
- Experience: Ideal candidates have experience as an Account Executive, in CRM systems, in sales, or in other fast-paced customer service environments.
- Skills: Proficient in English, computer literate, and skilled in managing multiple priorities.
- Requirements: Ability to meet monthly metrics, pass a criminal background check, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
